We Purvi and Pritesh has decided to form Vibrant club in the year 2011 after becoming Diamond director with our 4 core team leaders. The purpose of the club was growing in oriflame smoothly with whole network.
It started with very small team which now has become big organisation with more then 70 directors and above who are earning more than 35000 per month and around 200 managers earning between 5000 rs to 20000 rs per month.
We have created our own training system for our network people, mainly we have 2 modules –
- Beauty and lifestyle course for everyone who wants to understand the products for how to recommend and use
- Dream to Reality for those who wants to earn good income by developing the business.
Till today we have trained around 1500 consultants across India in beauty and lifestyle course. which we normally keep every week and with different beauty topics.Our consultants can take this training with very minimal fees and guests can come free . Also we are publishing our local language Gujarati Product guide every month of new products, offer products and special products.
